If you have an issue with an item or wish to discuss a return please contact us as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on items for change of mind. In certain circumstances we may be able to accommodate exchanges of size subject to availability, however, the customer is responsible for covering the associated shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges of size. If an exchange is offered, items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. We’re afraid there is no return or exchange options available on our bloomers for hygiene reasons.
In the event that your package is returned to Little Kind for any reason such as incorrect address, non payment of duties or non collection, an admin fee of £10.00 will be charged to the customer. A refund or redelivery will be arranged based on individual circumstance. If a refund is provided the amount refunded the original postage charge and admin fee will be deducted from the amount. If the customer requests a redelivery a new shipping charge will apply. Little Kind reserves the right to refuse redelivery based on probability of arrival in certain circumstances.
Flaws/Faults
Any faults must be reported within 5 days of item receipt to be eligible for return or refund. We’re afraid we will not accept returns on items after this period of time has passed. We reserve the right to offer a repair of the fault. A refund will only be issued if the garment is faulty beyond repair or if an alternate size in the same style is unavailable for exchange.
Shipping
UK shipping
Items will take a maximum of 24 hours to be packaged once an order has been processed.
Standard Shipping is 2-5 business days.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their address is correct and accurately provided to us upon ordering.
International shipping
International Shipping is 2 weeks from the date of shipment.
Please note that shipping costs are exclusive of any import tax or customs duties which may apply upon delivery. If you are an international customer (outside the United Kingdom) you are responsible for customs & duties within your own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
Please note that depending on lockdowns or customs delays in your local area, some countries are experiencing minor delivery delays. We will always endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
